Ongoing costs you own
Backend portal software from $200/month for your first 100 paying patients, scaling with volume to a hard monthly cap — it only grows as you do. Plus medication and provider consult costs, and media spend after the guarantee window.
À la carte managed services
Fixed monthly pricing that scales with your volume: managed client acquisition (full media buying), lead remarketing by phone and SMS, email/SMS campaigns, and a dedicated customer service desk. Add any of them whenever you're ready.
All sales are final, with one exception: if the 25-patient guarantee is missed on the Launch + Growth tier, every fee is refunded. Full terms on the guarantee page.
