What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is healthcare delivered remotely. Patients never visit an office. They complete intake online, meet with a licensed provider by video or asynchronous consult, and receive medication shipped to their door. What we build for you is that model: a fully digital clinic with no brick-and-mortar footprint.
No physical location required
There is no lease, no front desk, and no in-person appointments. Acquisition, intake, clinical review, billing, refills, and patient support all run through your website, funnels, and HIPAA-compliant portal.
How care is delivered
When a patient qualifies, a licensed provider in their state reviews their intake and approves treatment if appropriate. Prescriptions route to a partner pharmacy and ship directly to the patient. You own and operate the business; clinical services are delivered through the provider network assigned to your clinic.
Subscription revenue by design
Every product you sell runs on a monthly recurring subscription for the end customer — one recurring charge that typically covers the consult, medication, and ongoing care. That subscription model is consistent across the medication programs we launch for you and is what produces the recurring revenue in the business.
Our mission
Make owning a telehealth clinic as straightforward as buying any other asset
Most investors who look at telehealth hit the same wall. LegitScript certification takes months. Provider networks, pharmacy integrations, and payment processors each have their own compliance requirements. Funnels need to be built, tested, and wired into a HIPAA-compliant patient portal, all before a single ad dollar is spent.
We built ClinicBuilder to collapse that timeline. In about 31 days, you get a fully operational turnkey clinic: certified, integrated, tested, and running under your ownership with documentation and an operating manual. Not a course. Not a template. A live business you own from day one.
Capacity is about 10 to 15 new clients a month. That limit protects service quality for clinics already live and the next ones coming online. We prefer operators who can put more than $10,000 a month behind acquisition as they scale. Ad spend is yours from day one. Clinics take capital to scale. We have offered these services since January 2026. In that time we have built multiple seven-figure clinics and several six-figure ones.
